BUG patch Needed

Ok.. I'm really almost sure that this is not the right place but I would appreciate some help...
 
I'm using weblogic 8.1 and I need the CR210310 patch.. It probably goes by the name CR210310_81sp4.jar..
 
Yes, i've tried google, but there looks like you need to contact BEA to get this..
I do have all the things for support, contacted them last week but still no answer and I really need that thing...
 
so if someone could help me, or indicate something or someone that could resolve my problem, i would appreciate.
