Jackrabbit OSGi Bundle

Hi there,

context: <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JCR-2608> (ticket still
open, last comment from April 2011 :-)

So we have an ancient bundle that repackages most (all?) of classic
Jackrabbit, but changes package export version numbers (to the project
version number).

Fortunately, this seems to be entirely unused.

Proposal: remove it from trunk.
