   CI is running against the earliest supported version of VS Code (currently 1.60.2).  Setup nightly CI by setting the DAFFODIL_TEST_VSCODE_VERSION environment variable to `stable` or `insiders` to run against the latest stable release or the latest (nightly) insiders release of VS Code, respectively.
