In https://github.com/apache/parquet-cpp/blob/master/src/parquet/CMakeLists.txt#L32 change CMAKE_CURRENT_BINARY_DIR to CMAKE_CURRENT_SOURCE_DIR to fix this. The install directive must also be modified
