   this is a config for add slash in normal apache
   RewriteEngine On
   RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
   RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} !(.*)/$
   RewriteRule ^(.*)$ $1/ [L,R=301]
