Bug while using addVersionToProjectName property

I had a side effect when I wanted to set to false the "addVersionToProjectName" plugin property. In fact, if the property is set to false, my Eclipse projects doesn't contains the version in project name, but the projects referenced contains the version.

I hit this problem at work with a corporate parent pom I can't change. Attached in MECLIPSE-681.zip is a self contained reproduction of the bug. Complete with a parent pom and failing .project and .classpath

For anyone hitting this, know that using projectNameTemplate allows you to work around the problem.
