Introduce 5 days ago in this [PR|[https://github.com/apache/arrow/commit/9da458437162574f3e0d82e4a51dc6c1589b9f94#diff-aee66b8f0a6985fc804d52208dce2397R55].] This is due to `python` being present in [conda_env_python.yml|https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/master/ci/conda_env_python.yml#L25].
