FAQ Again (was BUG)

Ok folks, I had another try to tidy up my copy of Jyve (the FAQ-O-Matic web software system from java.apache.org)  when I
realised that there already is a copy of it running on the jakarta.apache.org website. It even has an xml.apache.org FAQ on it already - the one for Cocoon.

Unfortunately it is broken - new members can't register and so 
almost nothing is getting added. I can't add a new topic for FOP
underneath the xml.apache.org project :-(


I hope to find out who was maintaining this program and shall
offer help.

There seems little point in me starting up a new instance of
Jyve on my machines when we could fix the existing one instead.
