[PR] fix: preserve selected instance for Consumer Group details [rocketmq-dashboard]
Aias00 opened a new pull request, #1324:

## Summary
Preserves the optional selected instance through `consumerService.getConsumerGroup` so detail reads can reach the intended managed instance in real API mode.
Closes #1323
## Test
- `cd web && npm test -- --run src/services/consumerService.test.ts`
- `cd web && npm run lint`

Consolidated into #1248, which now preserves selected-instance context for Consumer Group detail navigation.
