[Abator] Abator for Eclipse 0.6.2

The Eclipse plug-in for Abator is updated to version 0.6.2.  This fixes the
problem where Abator conflicted with other XML enabled plugins in Eclipse
3.1 (like oXygen and MyEclipseIDE) and the Abator popup menu was not
available.   I verified this with MyEclipseIDE.  If anyone continues to have
issues, please let me know.
