The implementation of WSRP4J is heavily dependent on the api's and data objects generated by Axis.  We need to refactor the code to become independent of these generated artifacts for 2 reasons: 
  1. allow easier substitution of a different web services stack.
  2. allow easier migration to Version 2.0 of the WSRP 2.0 specification which has changes to the interface, and we want to be able to reuse as much of the current implementation as possible.
