SUCCESS: Integrated in maven-plugins #5813 (See [https://builds.apache.org/job/maven-plugins/5813/])
[MRAR-55] Add LifecycleMapping and ArtifactHandler from maven-core to target packaging plugin
 o Added components.xml which contains
   ArtifactHandler mapping and life cycle mapping and
   the appropriate plugin versions.
 o Added basic integration tests which checks if
   by using the maven-rar-plugin with extensions=true
   the build will successfully end. (khmarbaise: [http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/?view=rev&rev=1741754])
