Add tile and measure elements to the lattice model element. This will allow the model author to define tiles (materialized aggregates) as part of the lattice definition.

Each tile has a list of dimensions (each of which is a column of the lattice) and a list of measures (each of which is an aggregate function applied to zero or more arguments, each of which is a column of the lattice).

The lattice has a default list of measures; this is used by any tiles that do not specify a measure list explicitly.
