Fisrt some background.  There are several instances of an organization
registering a domain (typically an SLD) under a ccTLD or gTLD, and then
delegating names (typically 3LDs) to third parties, running the domain as if it
were a registry.  I refer to such organizations and domains as private registries.

RegistrarBoundaries.pm currently lists two such private registries: .au.com (run
by NetRegistry) and .eu.org (run by FreeDNS).  However there are other private
registries that operate in a similar way that are not listed.  Also according to
www.eu.org there is a subdomain structure under .eu.org; however this is not
implemented in RegistrarBoundaries.pm

I would suggest that either au.com and eu.org should be (perhaps temporarily)
removed from the list, or a slighly more concerted effort should be made to list
an comprehensive list of private domains, and to correctly handle their
subdomains (if any -- eu.org is the only instance I'm aware of with a subdomain
structure).

In particular, CentralNICs operation is probably the most well known private
registry, and offers registartions under br.com, cn.com, de.com, eu.com, gb.com,
gb.net, hu.com, no.com, qc.com, ru.com, sa.com, se.com, uk.com, uk.net, us.com,
uy.com and za.com but these aren't recognized as such by SA.

There also used to be Net Registrar, offering registrations under .uk.co,
although they now appear to be defunct.

There may well be others that I'm not aware of..
