Everything I have tried to find, or do a search on came up with the error that
I needed to install Java runtime or that it needed java runtime environment.
So I installed java runtime 64 bit. Latest version as of todays date and still
get the same error

OpenOffice is a 32-bit application on Windows. Therefore please install a
32-bit JRE. Otherwise it will not work.
