   1) alert-details component refactored to use anomaliesCurrent as default and only populate anomaliesOld for comparison
   2) In the graph, newest anomalies are plotted over current time series, older anomalies are plotted overhead if there is a comparison in progress
   3) The state of anomaly comparison now resets for metric change, in addition to resetting for time range change
   4) Number of new and old anomalies shown in stats box for comparison
   5) Columns dropdown for new Anomaly Table styled according to design.  
   6) Placeholder value inserted to Anomaly Table global search to make purpose clear
   7) Anomaly Table global search styled to sit above table instead of flush with table border
   8) Time series colors updated to contrast well with red anomalies traced over current
   9) Current/Baseline values in anomaly table styled to be larger
   10) Dimension values styled to scroll with overflow hidden when dimension values too long
