Problems editing PRs

Has anyone else been having trouble working with the bugdb
in its new location?  I keep getting things like:

> locking pr using /usr/local/libexec/gnats/pr-edit --lock='coar' general/5669

> Your problem report changes have not been sent.
> 
> Error: pr-edit returns status 512, and reports:
