Updated the static inner class DontCheck in hadoop-common/src/test/java/org/apache/hadoop/fs/TestFilterFileSystem.java with an empty method copyToLocalFile(boolean delSrc, Path src, Path dst, boolean useRawLocalFileSystem) to fix the NoSuchMethodException.
A code review is requested for this patch.
