Error - Advanced accounting rule - Fees to Income Account mapping

Hi Team,

"Advanced accounting rule -  Fees to Income Account" in Loan product
configuration not working in 17th version.

Though We have configured different GL accounts (Income Accounts) for each
Fee type, The accounting entries not getting created under each GL accounts
during fees payment.

It creates the accounting entries only for the GL accounts which is mapped
with "Income from fees" place holder.
