When using Tomcat 4.0.3 all works fine, but after we switch to Tomcat 4.0.4
(final) whe no longer get the REMOTE_USER from IIS (REMOTE_USER is null).
Workaround: copy the tomcat-ajp.jar from version 4.0.3 to 4.0.4 and it works 
again.
