[jira] [Created] (BEAM-14086) BigQueryIO - Clustered Table - STORAGEWRITEAPI

Bruce Arctor created BEAM-14086:
-----------------------------------

Summary: BigQueryIO - Clustered Table - STORAGEWRITEAPI
                 Key: BEAM-14086
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-14086
             Project: Beam
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: io-java-gcp
            Reporter: Bruce Arctor

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-10652

^ Allows Beam to Create Clustered Tables in BigQuery ( without Time-based Partitioning ).  This only addressed methods of FILE_LOADS / DEFAULT.

This issue is for tracking to ensure that we can create clustered tables and insert into them via the STORATE_WRITE_API.  This issue might become mostly about an additional test or other, in the event that the functionality is unlocked via alternate issues.
