   我后来又仔细想了一下，这个问题的解决之道，在于运维方式，应该是在master上线前，将这个节点下的所有slave全部下线，脱离集群后，从所有slave中找到一个最大的offset然后，将offset文件手工覆盖到master的offset文件后再将所有的broker重启加入到namesrv中。我觉得像这样的问题必须在官网上重点指明，不然一些生产环境出现这些问题的用户会有损失
