I have reproduced this issue in the latest Chrome 33.0.1750.146 on Mac with debug version of NPAPI Flash Player 12,0,0,70.
Functioning correctly in: Chrome with PPAPI FP, Safari, Firefox, Stand Alone FP on the same Mac.
