For some reason, on Windows 2003 Server, the ROOT directory is returned as Root
in findADSIObject. Consequently, the install script doesn't find it and fails.
To fix it, modify line 483 on install4iis.js. Change "ROOT" to "Root".

I'm concerned this change would break behavior on other, non Windows 2003
Server, systems. Maybe a better approach is to look for ROOT (all caps), and if
not found, then look for Root (initial cap R only)?

Microsoft needs to catch up with the rest of the world and make their directory
structures case sensitive and that is the only solution to their case
insensitivity problem.
