Challenging a test case in OSGi CT

Since this is going to happen sooner or later, what's the process for
challenging a test case in OSGi CT?

I don't know if there is a formal process. I usually just bug someone 
directly. I believe BJ Hargrave is on this list, so maybe he can respond.

At a minimum, I think you should be able to describe the situation 
abstractly enough to post a question to the osgi-dev@mail.osgi.org 
mailing list, which is the normal place to pose spec questions.
