Info on changing height of the Screen Share window

I would like to modify the auto-height of the screen share window to
something like 75% of screen height.  When the window grows to 100%, it
makes it difficult to resize and view the chat box.

I couldn't seem to find the code file that directly relates to the screen
sharing window.  Can someone possibly point me in the right direction?
