how to ask tomcat to deliver content with http/1.1

hi everybody, i need to tell tomcat to say in the status
line of the response "HTTP/1.1 ..." and not "HTTP/1.0 ...",
i tried to find information about the connector and some
parameters but no luck, or maybe in the wrong place
