Ok 
I use my method since 2.0.x

So i have not see Wrapper

Wait a moment:

If you are using James 2.1+ just cd to the main james directory, edit
conf\wrapper.conf (should not be necessary to change anything), and run:
bin\wrapper -i conf\wrapper.conf

Before doing that run "bin\wrapper -?" and have a look on the help.
