Release 3.7.0?

Hi,

As discussed in
https://lists.apache.org/thread/lszm3rnsw7crmn331znf84s2g6h60o1r 3.7.0 will
be our final release before we move to 4.x.

Any outstanding things people would like to include? And more importantly,
would anyone like to volunteer as a release manager? Instructions can be
found on https://github.com/apache/stormcrawler/blob/main/RELEASING.md

Thanks

No objections from my side. If you send your key via slack for example, I can add it.

Hi,

+1 for the release.

What do you think about #2000 before the RC1 cut?
https://github.com/apache/stormcrawler/pull/2000
Robots pacing is off on multi-address setups until url-frontier releases
the fixes and we bump: it fails fast if enabled, everyone else is
unaffected. Let me know if that's acceptable for the last 3.x.

Happy to be RM if nobody else volunteers. First time, so I'd need a PMC
member for KEYS and the final svn mv to dist/release.

Cheers!
Davide
