    [MNG-13349] Deprecate DistributionManagement.status in API model
    
    Add @Deprecated(since = "4.0.0") annotation to the DistributionManagement.status field in maven.mdo.
    
    The field has been rejected by the model validator since Maven 2 and is never read or acted on by Maven itself. The existing Javadoc already marked it deprecated; this adds the formal Java annotation so IDEs and tooling get a machine-readable deprecation signal.
