[log4j] Duplicate appenders in XML config

Hi All:

I just had a case where I had two appenders with the same name in my XML
config.

Would it make sense to issue a WARN event to the status logger in this case?

Gary

Yeah, some sort of warning. Only one of them can be used. I’d almost
consider that an error, but if it already works with one behavior, perhaps
we should make that standard with the warning message explaining which
appender was used.
