Bugzilla broken?

Looks like Bugzilla is having trouble with his SQL server.

Software error:

Bugzilla is currently broken. Please try again later. If the problem 
persists, please contact spamassassin-dev@incubator.apache.org. The 
error you should quote is: Can't connect to MySQL server on 
'mysql.sonic.net' (111) at globals.pl line 140.

For help, please send mail to the webmaster 
(webmaster@bugzilla.spamassassin.org), giving this error message and the 
time and date of the error.

Yeah, that seems to happen occasionally. :(  It's back up now though. :)
