Happy 18th Birthday to Apache SpamAssassin!

Hello all,

I was talking to Justin Mason, the original author and founder of what
is now the Apache SpamAssassin project and he helped me pin down that
version 1.0 was released on September 5th, 2001. [1]

We are now 18 years old so welcome to adult-life!  Happy Birthday!
