Chris Lambertus updated INFRA-8524:
-----------------------------------
    Status: Waiting for user (was: Waiting for Infra)

Please review the role documentation I linked above and let me know if you have any further questions.

With regards to the project renames, if you still want the keys renamed, please confirm so we can schedule a time to make the changes.

> I'm managing many JIRA projects for which I don't have all the admin rights :
> DIR
> DIRSERVER
> DIRAPI
> DIRGROOVY
> DIRKRB
> DIRNAMING
> DIRSHARED
> DIRSTUDIO
> ESCIMO
> FC
> MAVIBOT
> DIRTSEC
> ASYNCWEB
> FTPSERVER
> DIRMINA
> SSHD
> VYSPER
> Here are a list of tasks I'd like to do :
> o Some of those projects have to be renamed :
> DIRMINA -> MINA
> FC -> FORTRESS-CORE
> DIR -> DIRSITE
> Not sure if being and admin for those project will let me rename them, not sure either if that is possible at all.
> o I need to change the mail address that is used to send notification for the DIR project. All the otehr projects are using jira@apache.org, but DIR uses dev@directory.apache.org, which is wrong
> o I need to be able to set permissions on those projects, something I can't do atm
> o I need to add some people to groups like directory, or to define some new groups (mina-pmc, for instance), something I can't do atm.
> I don't know if I should be given privilege to do all what I want to do, or if some of those tasks are handled by Infra.
