Updated fix version to 0.11.0 since the fix isn't included in 0.10.0 (ie, the change isn't in https://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf?p=thrift.git;a=blob;f=lib/py/src/transport/TTwisted.py;h=5710b573dce7eb6cafd396acb5c015066d9d8e07;hb=b2a4d4ae21c789b689dd162deb819665567f481c)
