When I tried to register two apache services each with different conf files (-f
directive), Apache monitor crashes, when trying to open apache services.

Service names Apache2PHP4, ApachPHP4, PHP4, none helped, description to service
given, also didn't help, copy whole apache directory and registered another bin,
also didn't.
