Imo this should be handled locally, in the UK.
Thinking globally, I personally see little value in bloating the TLD list with
every county's school subdomain.

for it to be util_rb_3tld is would need to be
"blah.sch.uk"
there is no wildcard support in util_rb definitions

There's a list in the file:
barking-dagenham.sch.uk
barnet.sch.uk
barnsley.sch.uk
...
york.sch.uk
etc
