CXF JAX-RS is quite large so moving the client code to its own module will help reduce the size, and it has to be moved before an attempt to implement JAX-RS 2.0 Client API is done. It will also let users who only develop the endpoints avoid downloading the client implementation.

Most likely will be done on the next trunk version, though perhaps it might even be done on CXF 2.7.x line due to CXF 2.7.1 not implementing the final 2.0 API anyway due to the spec not being finalized yet
