[PR] ci: use ubuntu-slim for lightweight workflows [airflow-site-archive]

potiuk opened a new pull request, #48:
URL: https://github.com/apache/airflow-site-archive/pull/48

   ## Summary
   - Move lightweight repository checks, staging reset, and pinned dependency update jobs to ubuntu-slim.
   - Remove the build job standard-runner cleanup step, which is unnecessary on the smaller runner.
   - Keep the S3 synchronization workflows on ubuntu-latest for their higher resource needs.

   ## Validation
   - git diff --check
   - Targeted pre-commit checks, including zizmor workflow syntax validation.
