A bunch of schema entities are being added in the System schema producers often using the wrong means to add the syntax checkers. We need to fix this immediately because it will cause erratic behavior in the server. This is really serious and needs immediate attention. First off we need who ever did this to report on exactly what was done to be able to fix this problem: was this tactic applied for matchingRules, syntaxes, normalizers, and comparators as well across the board?

This was my mistake. I missunderstood what Emmanuel did and reacted prematurely. Sorry about this Emmanuel. Everything is in order from what I can see.
