Register data with parameters fill in

Dear all,

I create new simple web plan test with purpose insert new one data into 
database.
This is my scenario:
   * Thread Group:
     +  HTTP Request
            - IP: localhost
            - Path:  
/shopping/index.php?module=User&action=AddDo&ptitle=TITLE1
     +  View Results in Table

In results tables, I saw successful results but I could not get any data 
display on my program. And I can done this path direct from IE.
I got some mistakes, please show me the way done  this problem.
