ProtocolDecoderException: java.nio.charset.MalformedInputException encountered in Apache mina 1.1.7

Hi all,
I'm using apache mina 1.1.7 (with jdk 1.6_2)for a load distribution server.
The responsible of the server is to route incoming messages(String
messages). I'm usnig the *TextLineDecoder* in the codec filter of the
application.

*Suddenly I have encountered an exception for following input message*:
 "3\u001C14\u001C0\u001C0\u001C0\u001C0\u001CAS000001525\u0001BDFM\u0001\"0\u0001H0\u0001IDFM\u0001JAED\u0001K2\u0001L1\u0001M200\u0001N1.89\u0001O0\u0001Q200\u0001R0\u0001WX\u0001g6\u0001h1690\u0001unull13\u0001wsykeaas\u0001xsykeaas\u0001yDBFS\u0001z0\u000149.0\u00012197001\u000161.0\u000190\u0001!0\u0001|0.0\u0001#0\u0001,0\u0001?\u0001".

Server uses UTF-8 encoding.

I have tried for days to fix this. But no any luck. Please help me on this.
