I updated the 10.10.2 release page wiki https://wiki.apache.org/db-derby/DerbyTenTenTwoRelease with my intentions, including generating and circulating the release notes today.

However, nothing in the release process ever seems to just work completely - in this first attempt of generating the release notes, I hit some limit in JIRA:
C:\derby\10.10\tools\release\build.xml:156: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: JQL query 'project = DERBY AND resolution = fixed AND fixversion in ("10.10.1.4", "10.10.1.1")' failed (com.atlassian.jira.rpc.exception.RemoteException: Error occurred during searching: 'You are not allowed to get a result set of more than 200 results. Current search returns 359 results'.)

I'm going to see if I can fix this, any suggestions are welcome...
