VR does not get spawned when we use vswitchx other than vswitch0 while configuring Cloudstack. So while configuring a Zone we add bridge to Public, Management and storage, if we configure to vSwitch2 it wont spawn the VR on that bridge. It only spawns on vSwitch0. Tested on esxi 5.5
