htmldocument/wmldocument Question

Hi I am trying to create a HTMLDocumentImpl object & also an WMLDocumentImpl
by reading an html/wml document from a file but am unable to figure how to
do this. 

For html there seems to be a HTMLBuilder which might be able to do this if I
were using a sax parser but there is no equivalent for WMLDocument. 

I apologize if this question has already been answered since I am not able
to get to the archive, the site seems to be down.
