Maven plugin for ActiveMQ5 standalone packaging

Hi guys,
I want to assemble/package ActiveMQ along with my other artifacts.
I use assembly and cargo plugins to package war with Tomcat containers.
Is there a plugin like cargo to download ActiveMQ automatically and package
it?
