SVN Author Name

Hello

i recently switched from https:// to svn+ssh:// where i needed to define
an "SVN Author Name" in the connection dialog. Now i need to change it
but i dont know, where it is stored. in ~/.subversion directory i found
nothing but the docu said in ~/.subversion/auth/svn.username should hold
the information. the directory exists, but is empty.

- Eclipse 3.4
- PDT integration
- Subclipse 1.4.1
- SVNKit 1.2.xx

thanks in advance

ciao

ulf

The information provided is for Subversion. SVNKit is not developed by
the Subversion project, but it's an independent project. So, you
should probably contact the SVNKit project to ask them whether the
information is also valid for their implementation.

That whole prompt for author name is an SVNKit feature and they have
their own cache. I believe they store it in the Eclipse keyring file.
All you can really do is delete the .keyring.
