Need to record script for Uploading a pdf or word document in Jmeter

Hi 

My application is in PHP and scenario is:

Uploading of PDF from 1 module and
Uploading of PDF from another module (by getting it from pc)

can perform through Jmeter for 200 users load

Please let me know if it possible
