[configadmin] next release

Hi,

I would like to ask when you plan to give out the next release of
configadmin.

I do not want to urge you. If you do not plan to release it soon, I will
deploy an artifact to our private maven repo. If you plan to release it
within 1-2 weeks, I will wait for the official one.
