Currently the breakout effort has resulted in 2 identical cs files for every plugin.

structure should be more like:

plugin-repo/wp/ // <== common native bits
plugin-repo/wp/7/ // <== wp7 native bits
plugin-repo/wp/8/ // <== wp8 native bits
